We founded Codan Ltd after meeting on a job where we instantly clicked. We shared the same drive, ambition, and commitment to doing things properly, so we naturally started working together, combining our skills to deliver the highest standard of work.
With Cody specialising in plumbing, heating, and gas, and Dan bringing his experience as a top-quality joiner, we quickly realised how well our strengths complemented one another. What began as a simple collaboration soon grew into a trusted partnership, and eventually, the creation of Codan Ltd.
Today, Codan Ltd has grown into a high-end construction and renovation company, built on the values we started with: craftsmanship, reliability, and attention to detail. From luxury bathrooms and bespoke joinery to full property refurbishments, every project we take on reflects our shared ethos, quality over compromise.

I’ve worked in the plumbing and heating industry for over 14 years, building a reputation for reliability, precision, and high-quality workmanship. My focus has always been on delivering solutions that are safe, efficient, and built to last. From luxury bathroom installs to complex heating systems and gas work, I take pride in getting the details right and ensuring every client feels confident in the work we deliver.
Dan : Co-Founder / Joiner & Construction Specialist
I started out as a joiner, with a passion for craftsmanship and a high standard for finish. Over the years, I expanded my skills across the wider construction industry, allowing me to take on bespoke interiors, garden rooms, and full property renovations. I’m driven by creating clean, well-built spaces that feel refined and functional, with a strong focus on detail and design.
